Three Possible Venues for the Company’s Annual Party

Greetings Ms. Phelps,

After tough comparisons among the three different venues for our company party: Chateau Moi, Home Run Event Center and Three Trees Business Center, the Home Run Event Center will best fit our needs because of its cost and included amenities.

Home Run Event Center overall costs $30,000 a weeknight and $34,600 a weekend. Included in this cost is a full hot and cold buffet, bar service, water, tea, coffee and a dessert bar. It is located next to the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, and parking is nearby at $15 on the weekends and $20 on the weekends.

This venue fits the most in the budget, and it fits the best for our company. One customer gave a five-star review mentioning how great the venue was.

“I went to a company party here and it was a blast, with different games and activities for everyone. And the food was fantastic. The staff was great, and they even had some special extras just for our group,” said by an anonymous customer.

The positive reviews and available space for our company makes this venue the top of the list.

The venue, Chateau Moi, costs $18,000 for a weeknight and $19,500 for a weekend. This price includes a buffet, beverages and a bartender. The venue is located in Kansas City with free parking.

One review helped with the final decision. It was written by a previous customer who rated the service a three out of five.

The customer said, “A fancy French name can’t hide the fact that this place has definitely seen better days. At least it was clean, but it’s pretty run-down.”

The venue, Chateau Moi, would not be the best fit for the annual party. It has several negative reviews and we should be paying more for a better experience.

The final venue is Three Trees Business Center, which is located near Kansas City Power & Light. The weeknight cost of this venue is $35,100, while the weekend cost is $37,600. The price includes a plated dinner, beverages to choose from, dessert bar and a bartender.

Parking is available but provided by a valet, costing $25 on weeknights and $30 on weekends. Frequently the valet situation would’ve several negative reviews, one from a customer who thought this place was nice before experiencing it for themselves.

The customer said, “I came here for an executive luncheon, and I have to say I was a little disappointed since I’d heard what a great place this was. It’s really nice inside and the staff were great, but there were very few options for special diets.”

The food was not inclusive to everyone so therefore, I have decided this wouldn’t be in our best interest.

Our company would value the Home Run Event Center over the other options. I am happy to talk more with you about getting this plan set into place, and I am excited for what’s next.

Thank you for your time,
